In May 2010, Irving Street Kitchen opened its doors to its Portland neighbors. Brought to you by the owners of Town Hall, Anchor & Hope, and Salt House in San Francisco this "soulful New American restaurant" pays homage to slow cooking and deep flavors.
What I wanted to showcase today is their very interesting and creative tap system whereupon 10 wines from Oregon and Washington wineries are served. I love the industrial chic quality to how these look. The real bonus is how practical it is in a restaurant environment as well. When visiting Portland's Pearl District be sure to check these beauties out!
