I came across some new and exciting pieces by New York based furniture designer Daniel Michalik. Daniel is known for creating pieces that focus on underutilized, unconventional materials. Lately he has been using cork for its naturally flexible, engaging, and environmentally responsible characteristics. Daniel uses this completely sustainable, recyclable, and plentiful material to create complex shapes, making it do things only it can do.
I would LOVE to see these pieces used in a tasting room or private cellar... absolutely stunning.
Ok these are a little strange. I've seen chairs like the lounger before though.

Awesome design it is.. Its looking so nice that I am very much interested to have such furniture at my home.. This will look really very nice with my other furniture.. I will definitely have it..
